HOTEL ASSIGNMENTS – Reservations for the three (3) program nights of September 19, 20 & 21, 2018 ONLY will be made for each Buyer (unless an option for hotel is not taken) by William H. Coleman, Inc. (WHC, Inc.) upon receipt of your registration form and payment.
Hotels will be assigned to Buyers in late June. If you do not know your assigned hotel, you can login to www.mywhcoleman.com and select “View Details” from the drop-down menu under the “Actions” column, or contact our Sales Department for your assigned hotel – E-Mail
NOTE: Accommodations/Rates DO NOT include breakfast (unless noted/advised by hotel), service fees, gratuities, taxes, or incidentals.
EXTENSION RATES FOR BUYERS – For accommodations prior to or after the program dates, Buyers must make reservations directly with their assigned hotel. The rates below are for all participating hotels and are valid 3 nights prior (September 16-18, 2018) and 3 nights after (September 22-24, 2018) the program dates – based on availability. At the hotel’s request, you may be required to email a copy of your confirmation letter as verification of registration for the event.
We do not recommend to wait until the deadline to confirm your additional hotel nights since many hotels will fill up fast. The deadline for making additional night reservations at the rates below is August 1, 2018. Thereafter, reservations will be based on rate and space availability. Rates are in US Dollars.
