The TravelMart LatinAmerica 2022 registration fee of US$2,695 (only $2,495 if registered by July 21) includes one booth/office with up to 35 possible pre-scheduled appointment periods and one delegate badge, or the registration fee of US$3,345 (only $3,145 if registered by July 21) includes one booth/office with up to 70 possible pre-scheduled appointment periods and two delegate badges. The additional delegate fee for both options is US$350. NOTE: A discount of $200 per booth and $100 per additional delegate fee is applied for Early Registration but you must register by July 21.
The exclusive William H. Coleman, Inc. SelectMatch® System pre-schedules Buyer and Supplier mutual appointment requests and Buyer requested appointments – you see the people who want to see you! You will have access to a summary of your pre-scheduled appointments online about a week before you leave. The new Appointment Request System and E-Directory including Buyer Marketing Profiles is available on the Web Site six (6) weeks before the event so that you can request pre-scheduled appointments easily and quickly. You will also receive a “Meetings & Appointments Guide” Book with your appointments schedule when you arrive at the event. Supplier fees include all business and social functions, airport transfers, and ground transportation.
