We appreciate your participation at TravelMart LatinAmerica over the years, and we hope you will be able to join us this year in Lima, Peru, September 23-25, 2020 (POSTPONED – working on new dates) at the Lima Convention Center!

The original TravelMart LatinAmerica objective established over 40 years ago is even more important now than it was then: “To provide a productive business opportunity in a professional environment for the Buyers and Suppliers of Central and South America travel products and services.” We are doing everything possible to continue fulfilling those original commitments.

TravelMart LatinAmerica “sells out” every year, and we have already started a waitlist for some countries  If you attended in 2019, and plan to attend again this year, please remember that it is important for you to register early to keep your space (no later than February 28, 2020), and to have a greater opportunity to receive more pre-scheduled appointments.

The TravelMart LatinAmerica 2020 registration fee of US$2,595 (only $2,495 if registered by March 1) includes one booth/office with up to 40 possible pre-scheduled appointment periods and one delegate badge, or the registration fee of US$3,245 includes one booth/office with up to 80 possible pre-scheduled appointment periods and two delegate badges. The additional delegate fee for both options is US$350.  NOTE: A discount of $100 per booth and additional delegate fee is applied for Early Registration but you must register by March 1.

The exclusive William H. Coleman, Inc. SelectMatch® System pre-schedules Buyer and Supplier mutual appointment requests and Buyer requested appointments – you see the people who want to see you! You will have access to a summary of your pre-scheduled appointments online about a week before you leave. The new Appointment Request System and E-Directory including Buyer Marketing Profiles is available on the Web Site six (6) weeks before the event so that you can request pre-scheduled appointments easily and quickly. You will also receive a “Meetings & Appointments Guide” Book with your appointments schedule when you arrive at the event. Supplier fees include all business and social functions, airport transfers, and ground transportation.

We are already working with PromPeru, CANATUR (Chamber of Commerce of Tourism), SHP (Sociedad Hoteles del Peru) and Sponsors to make sure that ALL our delegates receive the results, value, and personal hospitality that are the foundation of the TravelMart LatinAmerica success.
