Buyer Hotel Information

Hotel Assignment for Buyers: Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, WHC, Inc. will reserve accommodations for each Buyer delegate for the three program nights of September 16, 17 and 18, 2026, unless the option to select a hotel was waived.

Buyers will receive hotel assignments in August. If you’re unaware of your designated hotel, you can log in at www.mywhcoleman.com and choose “View Details” from the drop-down menu under the “Actions” column, or contact our Sales Department via Email.

Rates mentioned do not cover breakfast (unless specified by the hotel), service charges, tips, taxes, or other incidental expenses.

Extension Rates for Buyers: For accommodation beyond the program dates, Buyers must directly book with their assigned hotel. The rates provided are applicable for all participating host hotels and are valid for up to two days before and after the event, subject to availability. Some hotels may request a confirmation letter as proof of event registration.

We strongly advise arranging additional night stays well in advance, as hotel availability may become limited.

Ground transportation is exclusively provided from the designated Host Hotels to event venues.
