HOTEL ASSIGNMENT FOR BUYERS – A reservation for the three (3) program nights of
September 23, 24, and 25, 2020 (POSTPONED – working on new dates) will be made for each Buyer delegate** by WHC, Inc. upon receipt of your registration form and payment. (** Unless the hotel option was waived.)
Hotels will be assigned to Buyers in June. If you do not know your assigned hotel, you can login at www.mywhcoleman.com and select “View Details” from the drop-down menu under the “Actions” column, or contact our Sales Department via E-Mail.
NOTE: Rates DO NOT include breakfast (unless noted/advised by hotel), service fees, gratuities, taxes, or incidentals.
EXTENSION RATES FOR BUYERS – For accommodations prior to or after the program dates, Buyers must make reservations directly with their assigned hotel. The rates below are for all participating host hotels and are valid up to three (3) days before and after the event. – based on availability. At the hotel’s request, you may be required to email a copy of your confirmation letter as verification of registration for the event.
We recommend making additional night hotel arrangements months in advance as many hotels will fill up fast.
IMPORTANT: Ground transportation is only provided from the below Host Hotels to event functions.
