Venue Location

Daily ground transportation will be provided from TMLA Participating Hotels to/from the Venue (TBA).

William H. Coleman, Inc. will make booth assignments by the end of August.  Booths measure three (3) meters wide by two (2) meters deep.  Each booth will have the following: One (1) table with four (4) chairs,   Company name with booth number on identification front of stand/booth, and one (1) electrical outlet.

The Company in charge of inquiries for extra services needed for your booth such as special furniture, electronics, imaging, etc. will be posted online soon.  For more information, please visit the Supplier Exhibitor Kit (coming soon).

If you are shipping materials that will arrive before September 15, we suggest making arrangements to ship the material to your hotel. For shipments arriving on September 15 or after, feel free to ship your material to:
