Supplier Accommodations: Suppliers are responsible for arranging their own stays at participating hotels for the event. The specified rates are applicable for the program nights on September 17, 18, and 19, 2025. Additionally, pre/post rates are available for a maximum of 2 nights before or after the event, subject to availability. Please make direct reservations with your chosen hotel. Some hotels may request a confirmation letter to confirm your event registration.
Rates mentioned exclude breakfast (unless specified by the hotel), service charges, taxes, tips, and any incidental expenses. All rates are in USD and are charged per night.
Ground transportation is exclusively provided from the designated Host Hotels to event venues.
