The original objective of TravelMart LatinAmerica, established over 45 years ago, remains as vital today as it was then: “To provide a productive business opportunity in a professional environment for the Buyers and Suppliers of Central and South America travel products and services.” We are committed to upholding these foundational principles.

The TMLA Supplier registration of US$2,695 (only $2,495 if registered by June 30) includes one booth/office with up to 30 possible pre-scheduled appointment periods and one delegate badge. Each additional delegate badge fee is US$350 (only $250 is registered by June 30). In addition to all business functions, Supplier fees also include social functions (Welcome and Closing Receptions, Working Lunches, Marketplace Cafe), airport transfers, and ground transportation.

Our exclusive William H. Coleman, Inc. SelectMatch® System pre-schedules Buyer and Supplier “perfect-match” appointment requests and Buyer requested appointments – ensuring productive meetings. The Appointment Request System, and E-Directory including Buyer Marketing Profiles, is available six (6) weeks before TMLA for you to request pre-scheduled appointments easily and quickly. You will have access to a summary of your pre-scheduled appointments one week before TMLA and upon arrival at the event, you will receive a “Meetings & Appointments Guide” Book with your on-site credentials package.
